Here is a simple recipe of a delicious and healthy pie. It tastes nice and creamy with a juicy sour kick to it.
It’s a total crowd pleaser, perfect for spring and summer tea parties.

You will need:

200 grams (1 cup) flour
250ml (1 cup) cream
1/3 tsp salt
170 ml (2/3 cup) milk
3 grapefruits
3 eggs
100 grams (1/2 cup) sugar

Peel the grapefruits and remove the pulp. (This is the hardest part).
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them with sugar and salt.
Add milk and cream and whisk again.
Add flour and mix it in with a hand whisk so you could feel the consistency of the dough. It should be somewhat like pancake dough.
Line your cake pan with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180-190C (355F). I didn’t put any butter on the parchment paper, just got it wet, but you might like to use some butter on the edges where there are no grapefruits, because I had some troubles removing the paper there. (maybe use a little more water).
Put the grapefruit pulp on the bottom of your cake pan. Make a nice thick layer. The more the betterJ
Pour the dough over grapefruits.
Slide the pie in the oven for 45 minutes.
